This is a quick low carb, low cal snack that the kids are going to go crazy over!


Serves: 2

Prep: 5 minutes

Broil: 4-5 minutes


Ingredients: 

2 Flour Tortillas

1 cup Reduced Fat Italian Blend Cheese

8 large Slices of Pepperoni


Directions:

Preheat broiler to low and place rack close to the bottom. Start assembling the skillet pizza by taking a tortilla and top with cheese and pepperoni. Place into a skillet and in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Just until the cheese begins to melt and the edges of the tortilla begin to crisp. Serve and enjoy!


*Other flavor combination:

2 Flour Tortillas

1 cup Muenster Cheese

8 Ham Slices

1/2 cup Pineapple (grilled pineapple is optional)

1/8 cup Scallions, chopped -Follow above directions for baking.
