Enjoy this easy and tasty recipe! This Greek Style Chicken has a citrus and earthy flavor that is complimented with the cool and refreshing taste of the tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced in strips
¾ to 1 cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbls thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbls fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
Skewers
Tzatziki Sauce:
6 oz Greek Yogurt, substitution: sour cream
1 tbls lemon juice
2 tbls cucumber, minced and juices squeezed out as much as possible
1 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a shallow dish soak the wooden skewers for 10-15 minutes.
Slice up chicken breast and set aside. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes, thyme, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper into a shallow dish and whisk together. Add in the sliced chicken breast and let marinate for 10 minutes.
While chicken is marinating combine all the tzatziki sauce ingredients into a bowl. Stir to combine and place in fridge until the chicken is ready to serve.
Skewer the chicken and place on a preheated and pre oiled griddle over a medium-high heat. Cook on first side for 7 minutes or until browned and flip and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through.
Take chicken off the griddle and serve with the tzatziki sauce! Enjoy!
