The deep flavor of this turkey gravy is a great compliment to your Thanksgiving meal. Drizzle this goodness over your potatoes, turkey, dressing, biscuits and enjoy!
Serves: 2 1/2 cups
Cook: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
2 1/2 cups Turkey Broth (chicken or beef broth can be substituted for other recipes)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add in the butter.
Add in flour.
Stir together and cook for 2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in the turkey broth, be sure to continue to whisk so the gravy isn’t lumpy.
Add in salt and pepper to taste.
