The deep flavor of this turkey gravy is a great compliment to your Thanksgiving meal. Drizzle this goodness over your potatoes, turkey, dressing, biscuits and enjoy!


Serves: 2 1/2 cups

Cook: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

2 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Flour

2 1/2 cups Turkey Broth (chicken or beef broth can be substituted for other recipes)

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Directions:

  1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add in the butter.

  2. Add in flour. 

  3. Stir together and cook for 2 minutes. 

  4. Slowly whisk in the turkey broth, be sure to continue to whisk so the gravy isn’t lumpy.

  5. Add in salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Enjoy with our MASHED POTATO recipe.
