Celebrate the season of love with this decadent chocolate mousse. If you’re a chocolate lover this one’s for you! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Whole Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips, choice is yours
- Pinch Salt
- 2 Tbsp Grand Marnier, optional
Directions:
- In a small sauce pan over medium-low heat warm up the milk until it just begins to boil.
- In a blender add in the egg, sugar, chocolate chips, salt and Grand Marnier.
- Turn the blender on for 20 seconds just to combine those ingredients.
- Once milk has slightly boiled add it into the blender with the chocolate mixture.
- Be sure to have the blender on and slowly pour in the milk. The hot milk will melt the chocolate chips and cook the eggs.
- Ladle the chocolate mixture into 4 Demi cups and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
