Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Chicken Breast, chopped
1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (recommend: Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce)
1/4 cup Mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp Scallions, chopped
2 tbsp Celery, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Blue Cheese
Directions:
In a small casserole dish evenly spread the softened cream cheese on the bottom. Then in a large bowl combine the chopped chicken breast and buffalo sauce together. Once coated, spoon the chicken on top of the cream cheese. Then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over top of the chicken.
Place casserole dish into the microwave for 2 minutes.
Evenly top the dip with the scallions, celery and blue cheese. Serve with chips, crackers and/or toasted crostini ~ Enjoy!
