brownies with oreos

The chewiness of this delicious chocolate brownie with the crunch of a chocolate cookie makes this the perfect brownie. 


Makes: 15 brownies
Prep: 10 minutes
Bake: 25 minutes


Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 cup Butter, melted
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
12 Oreos, crushed


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F.


In a mixing bowl add in the sugar, cocoa powder and butter; beat together. Then add in the eggs, vanilla extract and salt, mix to combine. With the mixer still running, slowly add in the flour until combined with all the ingredients. 


Pre-grease a 9x13 baking dish and pour in the brownie batter. In a resealable bag add in the Oreos and slightly crush. Evenly top the brownie batter with the crushed Oreos and gently push the Oreos into the batter.


Place brownies into the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean once stuck in the middle. Allow for brownies to cool before cutting, serve and enjoy!
