This smoothie will give you a fresh start to your day. Make this recipe your own by choosing your favorite fruits to add into the mix.

Ingredients:
1 cup milk OR orange juice, (milk=creamier and orange juice=sweeter)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 tbls honey
½ cup Greek yogurt, optionalStrawberries, garnish
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender except for garnish. Blend and pour into a glass then garnish with fresh strawberry. Serve and Enjoy!* Use any 2 fruits that you enjoy.
