The hint of vanilla with the sparkling champagne and the heat of the bourbon down your throat makes this a fun and festive New Years Eve drink.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup (Recipe Below)
1 oz Bourbon
4 oz Champagne, recommend Brut
Vanilla Bean, split in half, garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a champagne fluke and enjoy!

Vanilla Simple Syrup Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
2 Vanilla Beans

Directions:
In a sauce pan bring the water and sugar to a boil, stir until sugar is dissolved. Take the syrup off of the heat and add in the vanilla beans. Allow for the vanilla beans to steep for 5 hours, the longer it sits the more the syrup will absorb the vanilla flavor.
